# Data licence

Every product's current record and every fact we publish is free under CC BY 4.0, commercial use included. A plan adds alerts and the bulk export. Anything else, ask us. Page: https://agentdrives.com/data/licence?via=md

## Free under CC BY 4.0

Use it for anything, in your own product too. Credit: "AgentDrives, agentdrives.com, CC BY 4.0", with a link. The licence: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

- **Every product's record:** its level, where our agent stopped and why, how an agent gets in, what it got done, the summary and the date of each drive.
- **In every form:** the product page and its Markdown, https://agentdrives.com/api/tools.json?via=md, the MCP server and the monthly release files (https://agentdrives.com/data/releases?via=md).
- **The facts and research:** every number on https://agentdrives.com/data/facts?via=md, the category indexes as CSV and JSON, the survey and the payments we made.

## A plan adds alerts and the bulk export

Same licence. With a plan you pay for what our code does on top of the data. The plans: https://agentdrives.com/data?via=md#plans

- **Builder:** follow any number of products: level changes by mail and a signed webhook to your own systems.
- **Team:** everything in Builder, and every listing in one file with its level history (GET /api/export).

## A licence, for the rest

For platforms, labs and marketplaces that need more than the open data and a plan. Price on request.

- History in bulk, in the form your platform needs, beyond the Team export.
- Categories and drives we run for you.
- Terms written for your use.

Not for sale: a product's drive detail (its attempt log, the evidence and the fixes). It goes only to the product's owner, with an Audit Drive.

## Ask us about a licence

Tell us what you want to build with the data: https://agentdrives.com/data/licence?via=md#ask, or hello@agentdrives.com.
