3. **Freshness:** first measured on 2026-11-01. Target by October 2027: 90% of the top 1,000 driven within 90 days; 95% of all within 365 days.
4. **History depth:** first measured on 2026-11-01. Target by October 2027: 12 monthly releases; 1,000 products with three or more drives.
5. **Agreement:** 23 of 27 pairs of drives in a row read the same level (85%), as of 2026-10-24. Out of 27. Target by October 2027: 95% or more, over at least 200 pairs a quarter.
6. **Correction rate:** first measured on 2026-11-01. Target by October 2027: 30% or less; 2% or less of published claims wrong.
7. **Agent use:** first measured on 2026-11-01. Target by October 2027: 100,000 calls a month from more than 500 clients.
8. **Cost per observation:** first measured on 2026-11-01. Target by October 2027: $0.80 or less in cash per drive.
