## What our agent ran into

Apify answer with real x402 or MPP payment challenges on their own domain. An agent with a wallet can buy single calls without an account.

The main product (account, plan, dashboard features) still needs a person to sign up and add a card. Agent payments sit next to the product, not in it.

Directory listings aren't proof: in our drives, some "accepts x402/MPP" claims led to a third-party proxy, not the vendor.
