# Phone number at sign-up and AI agents

The sign-up form asks for a phone number, often with a code sent by SMS. An agent acting for a company has no phone of its own to give.

It stopped our agent at 6 of the 151 products we drove. At 2 more, our agent got in another way. Drives from 6 to 18 Oct 2026.
