What stops agents in hosting and deploys.

Sign-up stopped our agent at 1 of 5 products. Render shows an hCaptcha puzzle after Create Account, and its API keys are made only in the dashboard. At Fly.io, the CLI login needed approval in a browser, and the Sprites token came from the dashboard. Email verification stopped our agent at 0 of 5 products. Paying is the next wall: an agent can pay without a human at 0 of 5 products.

Our agent gets in on its own at 4 of 5 products. Railway goes furthest, at L3 · Does the work. `ssh railway.new` gives a project token with no account, and our agent used it to add Postgres, set variables and read logs. Netlify and Vercel are at L2 · Gets in: `netlify deploy --allow-anonymous` and `vercel deploy --temporary` put a site live with no account. Fly.io is at L2 · Gets in: its sign-up form shows no CAPTCHA, and our agent ran Sprites over the REST API. A full account stayed out of reach at Netlify, Railway and Vercel.

Railway, Netlify and Vercel let an agent start from a documented CLI command with no account, before any sign-up form. Render already gives agents Markdown docs and an MCP server. A start like `ssh railway.new` or `vercel deploy --temporary` is the step it lacks.
