What stops agents in scheduling.

In our drives, sign-up was where our agent stopped first at 5 of 6 Scheduling products. A bot check stopped it at 5 of 6. Cal.com and zcal showed a Cloudflare Turnstile, Calendly a reCAPTCHA checkbox and SavvyCal an hCaptcha puzzle. Acuity Scheduling's form stalled with no visible challenge. Behind sign-up, the docs of Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Calendly and SavvyCal show keys made in the web app, so a person would still be needed there. zcal documents no public API at all.

1 of 6 products let our agent in on its own: TidyCal, at L3 · Does the work. In TidyCal's web app our agent created and published a booking type, then booked, rescheduled and cancelled an appointment. It also deleted its own account. Its API and MCP server need a paid plan, so the key was where it stopped.

What TidyCal does at the door: its sign-up check let our signed agent through with no challenge shown, and no email verification followed. In our drives, that is what set TidyCal apart from the products a bot check stopped at sign-up.
