The only instance the vendor runs, demo.usememos.com, sits behind a Cloudflare managed challenge on every path: the API sign-up (POST /api/v1/users) got 403 cf-mitigated: challenge, and the sign-up page showed an interstitial in our agent's browser that never cleared.
