What stops agents in forms.

In our drives, sign-up is the wall in Forms: 3 of 6 products stopped our agent there. Formspree and Jotform showed a challenge on the sign-up form. Typeform showed none but denied the registration, with a message saying the account might already exist. Formspree, Jotform and Typeform are at L1 · Needs a person: each has an API, CLI or MCP server, but a person has to make the account.

Past sign-up, verification stopped our agent at no product. The key is still a browser step: at 3 of 6 products, our agent had to copy it from a dashboard.

3 of 6 products let our agent in on its own. Fillout, Formbricks and Tally reach L4 · Runs on its own: our agent got in, did the core work and could stop paying on its own.

The fix is at the sign-up form. Formbricks and Tally showed our signed agent no challenge, and Fillout's check let it through without one. 5 of 6 products have an MCP server. Jotform and Typeform already let our agent register an OAuth client without a browser. A sign-up that lets a signed agent through is the step our agent never passed on either.
