What stops agents in CRM.

In our drives, sign-up was the first step our agent could not pass at 3 of 8 CRM products. A bot check stopped our signed agent at Close, folk and HubSpot. Close refused the sign-up without showing a challenge. HubSpot showed a reCAPTCHA checkbox before it sent the email code. At folk, sign-up worked, but the emailed sign-in link ended in a login error, so verification stopped our agent there. Copper's sign-up offers only Continue with Google. Salesforce's developer docs answered 403 to our signed agent.

The key is the next wall. At 5 of 8 products, the key had to be copied from a dashboard in a browser.

Our agent gets in on its own at 4 of 8 products. Attio and Twenty reach L4 · Runs on its own. Pipedrive reaches L3 · Does the work. Salesforce reaches L2 · Gets in. In our drives, no CRM product let an agent pay without a human.

The products that got through let a signed agent finish sign-up with no visible challenge. Attio's email form and Pipedrive's free developer sandbox form show no CAPTCHA. Twenty's invisible check let our agent through. Salesforce let it in through a free Trailhead Playground, with no CAPTCHA and no phone number.
