  1. Read the API from the OpenAPI 3.1.0 files in github.com/zoho/crm-oas (v8.0/) rather than the HTML pages.
  2. Any docs page under /crm/developer/docs/api/v8/ is available as Markdown at the same path with .md instead of .html.
  3. Once an account exists, a Self Client with the client_credentials grant gives tokens without a browser consent step.
  4. Pick the API host for the account's data center; the OpenAPI servers list zohoapis.{dc} with dc com, eu, in, cn, au, and a sign-up from Germany is placed in the EUROPE data center.

Can an AI agent sign up for Zoho CRM on its own?
No. Sign-up: blocked. Every sign-up form (CRM 15-day trial, Zoho Accounts register on .eu and .com, Zoho MCP) requires a mobile number: 'Please enter a valid mobile number'. Our agent has no phone number. No CAPTCHA was shown.
Does Zoho CRM have an MCP server, and can an agent connect to it?
Yes. Zoho CRM has an official MCP server. A new agent can't get in on its own: in the drive of 28 Oct 2026, our agent stopped at sign up (it was blocked).
